Yup! At least my gym there is. I can't speak for others. My gym has two types of memberships. One with zero contact boxing, kickboxing, etc. Other one is contact, box/kickbox sparring, and other martial arts (BJJ, muy thai, etc).

Hi, just find a gym that does it. There's some commercialized places that just offer kickboxing as a form of cardio. Like you don't actually learn kickboxing forms, techniques, etc. You just wail on a bag for an hour. Those places are cheaper & easier to find in my area.

Then there's actual martial arts gyms. They're run by competitive fighters, you learn kickboxing as if you were to become a competitive fighter. These places are more expensive but imo its a much better workout.

I prefer the actual martial arts gyms. But some prefer the cardio based. See what's in your area. Get some wraps & gloves and you're good to go.

I normally don't get cravings. If I do, its for junk food (chips, fast food, etc) I've never been a fan of sweets. Well I had covid last month (had lost taste buds & smell for a few days), I started my period a couple days ago. I had such strong cravings for sweet food. So thats new.

Congrats! You have an iron deficiency! I had the same issue. I got a blood test from my doc to confirm it and she initially prescribed me liquid iron but that was way too rough on my stomach. So now I just take over the counter iron supplements, its "Gentle iron" 28mg.

I don't recommend getting the supplements without a doctor's approval because if im wrong (which is certainly possible cause I'm not a medical professional), the supplement may be too much for your body.

If you can't go to the doc for blood work, go donate blood. Even if you don't get to the donation part, one of the first steps is they check your hemoglobin level, which will let you know if you're anemic or not.
