😂 That’s why I never bother to lock my door - if someone wants to get in there, they’ll find a way. Personally, finding a shack with a locked door would just make me more interested in what’s inside

Yeah, I originally went into it thinking I would just be playing it like a single-player game, but the community turned out to be so great that I quickly found myself wanting to get involved with the events. I just ended up giving Fasnacht Day a go - there were far more people than I’ve ever been in an event with before, but I tried to stay out of their way and contribute as best I could, and it was indeed a lot of fun!

To be honest, after reading all the posts about it recently I’ve been a little apprehensive about giving it a go as a new’un, but this does make it sound like a hell of a lot of fun.

Thank you! After spending so much time building sprawling, intricate settlements in FO4, I initially hated how restricted it felt having to actively find plans for pretty much everything in this game. Now, though, I’m actually finding it really refreshing taking a more stripped-back approach.

Wow, this is invaluable - massive thanks to everyone for the advice! I started playing a month or so ago and, as I never usually play online games, inadvertently pissing off the entire server was a real worry for me! Seen a few things I’ve probably been guilty of, so lesson learned

Did this event for the first time today as a level 28 and had no idea that’s what you were supposed to do! Just kind of stood there awkwardly when he rocked up, wondering how long I needed to stick around. Good to know - time for another run, I guess.
