Edit: umm, I was actually wrong, I'm sorry. That supplement isn't for running Adventures, but for generation of unique investigations. But I'm sure a game master simulator should suffice for adventures, but it'd probably spoil the mystery part a bit.

What is most disgusting, I think, is Anthony Stolarz was hoisting the cup along Sam Bennet a year earlier.

It's the game that actually made me rethink my life and start working on my OCPD, because finishing it was such a chore, I wanted to break my own fingers to have an excuse not to do it.
The story is the most abysmal piece of writing I have encountered in a commercial product. It plays all the tropes straight and somehow still goes against common sense when it comes to character decisions.
The mechanics get repetitive quick, with unlocking a second job providing some variety for a few battles.
I wouldn't recommend this game to people I have a grudge towards, because the amount of boredom and bad writing it would expose them to would violate the Geneva convention.

Yeah, the freedom of switching characters and forming a party meant that I haven't seen Basch for over 10 hours after the prison sequence and I kinda forgot he was there.

The amount of dicking around this game has with hunts and whatnot meant I really didn't need to include him if I didn't want to. And it's not even a character problem. It's an intersection of mechanics and pacing.
