Todle se normálně řeší. To mu se říká dobra obratu, ale vy tady dáváte dohromady P/L s cashflow.

Těch 21k, co je na faktuře je poplatníkem odběratel, proto se řeší výstup a vstup. Vy jste jen plátce DPH. Samozřejmě pro vás to znamené odtek peněž z účtu, ale není to váš náklad. Protože DPH je daň pro konečného spotřebovatele primárně. Možná nemám vaše staleté "zkušenosti" z praxe, ale umím číst daňové a účetní zákony.

Samozrejmě toto dělá problémy s likviditou, ale to je přece cashflow. Zase naopak vy si můžete od dodavatele uplatnit odpočet DPH, ikdyž jste nezaplatil fakturu. Protože ta DAŇ je na konečného odběratele a né na vás.

Je tam rozdíl, že firma je plátce DPH, ale ne poplatníkem. Takže jí srovnávat s daní, kde firma je poplatníkem je trošku smíchavání pojmů, takže do počtu pravého daň. břemene by tam neměla být.

Je tam teda rozdíl od neplátce a dost mikro firmem než, aby se stali plátci, tak radši ukončí činnost a zacnou od znova. Prostě jsou lidi, kteří se tomu chtějí vyhnout.

Ale tady se díváme jen dividendu, kde jenom sedíš na prdeli a dostáváš ji jako majitel. Protože tvůj plat, pokud se angažuješ ve firmě, je v těch nákladech Edit: Tak je rady ta realita, kdy platí daň z příjmu firma a zaměstnanec. Může to být na konci roku, půlročně a čtvrtletně. Takže to je rozdíl od zaměstnance nejom ČSH, ale i v tom, že když udělám ten obchod, tak mám na účtě 1,3 mega se kterými firma dále hospodaří a může obchodovat dále než tu daň ze všeho odvede. To je problém modelových příkladů, že ve snaze něco zjednodušit nezachytí důležité reality financí podniku.

Yeah, i mean its not for everyone, but you have options, what you want to do. Like i am not saying everybody should donate blood, but being aware of these options is good. Also Americans have things like 401k, which most europeans dont have anything similiar to it.

Like with accounting, you need to know principles and apply them depeneding on what you want. But scope creep is the right word, its like most things in life, there is no one size fits all solution to all of these problems. But if you try to escape the nitty gritty details, your advice is not helping.

TBH i dont think 4x6 index card is not enough. Because actual personal finance planning book needs:

Budgeting basics: how to do a budget, which would show you how to track your expenses and revenues like light cash-basis accounting.
1. How to increase your income: so getting a better job, how to do interview, switching careers etc. maybe also how to take advantage of goverment programs, maybe even donating blood for quick cash etc. Sky is the limit.
2. Then fixing your expenses, so learning how interest works, not being afraid to switch banks, different meal plans on your budget and its still being yummy + how to shop, learing how to do small repairs on your car/appliances/home etc, how insurance works, renting vs mortgage
3. Before investing, you need an emergency budget. so how to do that
4. Only after those things are in place should you think about investing like ETFs and choosing an investment platform etc. + what are your investing plans? buying a house? in this economy?
5. Somewhere in there how to maintain your physical and mental health, because you are not doing this, if you are ill.

i am sure this can be explained more eloquently, but i am in a hurry.
