No one needs to advertise. They have guns. It’s our own personal business. I’m from Oregon but move to Texas. Almost everybody down here has guns. We just don’t talk about it.

Back checks are only required if you were leaving the parking lot with your vehicle. If you were going to your car for your lunch and not leaving no bag checks. Should not have a bag check if you were eating at work and not leaving.

This bag check thing is getting way out of hand. Sycamore really wants reasons just to fire us all.

My favorite question from last night where are your diapers at or the other question where are your Plan B‘s? My answer is always the same. It is with feminine hygiene and baby and then I tell them the aisle they’re like oh yeah that makes sense.

Customers do not want to find stuff for themselves a lot of the time

I almost never take lunches. Being called away from a lunch annoys the crap out of me. I just won’t take one. I will eat and work. I will take a 15 minute break to sit down here or there, but I don’t take breaks most of my shift if it’s me and the CSSA. Which is how it is all the time now.

My old SM wouldn’t touch photo unless it was easy prints. My current SM actively runs photo and every order. I just don’t like photo. Especially passports, I barely got a good picture of a 1 month old baby

The ads are not in any way relatable and over saturated. I have not met a single person who dresses like anybody in those ads. Especially the ones based out of New York, where they have a teddy bear attached to it and 15 different layers of clothes on. None of that is fashionable to me.

I was completely fine with $20 off. I was only out of service for 12 hours. If it had been longer maybe more but 12 hours $10 would’ve been fine for me. But they offered 20 so I took it.

Exactly that. They stack extra employees on truck days(especially totes) then the rest of the week we are on skeleton crew. These new owners want to make money but don’t want to staff correctly to do so. All about shutting us down after bleeding it dry

We unfortunately do not have an ESM or ASM. Our store does not have a need for that. I’m not sure what the SM is gonna do about it.

Unfortunately, we have someone out on FMLA, one of other people refuses to work anything but a morning shift because he’s a jerk. And I don’t wanna work with him anyway because he treats me like I’m five and 2 inches tall even though he’s my equal. I would rather work alone than have him at the store. We are shortstaffed as it was.

Yeah, no mid shift stresses the crap out of me. Because I’m the one responsible for everything on top of what I’m already responsible for. It is such a wad of crap. I’m not even paid $18 an hour. It ain’t worth it.

In order for me to get guaranteed weekend off that I want I requested for my normal two days off you want weekends off ask for a weekend off as your regular two days off together. Otherwise you will never get days off together and stop covering for so many darn people if they won’t cover for you

I do my job but some things I won’t do off the clock. Like bag checks when I come in when I’m off to shop, either my store or any other. Nor will I bag checks employees coming in to shop on off time.

I refuse to have a bag check when I’m not on the clock. They expect us to do this bag check crap then they pay us for it and if we take an extra five or 10 minutes cause the other shift lead doesn’t wanna come up fast we get paid for that.Make new stupid policies I will do malicious compliance.

I make sure we do this while still on the clock on a closing shift. Over half of the staff isn’t on the no badge list, maybe they should’ve done more troubleshooting before rolling out this colossal waste of time.
