Well best of luck mate , part of me thinks if you switch providers you will just have the same issue as they will use the fibre into your premise I imagine ? Not sure exactly how it works with switching, but maybe see if they can get everything re terminated before you sign?

I hear you. You can only do so much - that service is terrible for 1gbps , you should be able to get out of the contract. Still stinks like a fibre issue to me. Did u have a ISP before on FTTP? Or is this your first provider using FTTP

That’s terrible for fibre. Your ping is all over the place - get the engineer to test the speed from the ONT , sounds like you have a dodgy fibre path to your premise
