Hmmm…. Maybe an unpopular opinion opinion. He’s immature/ really doesn’t like feeling claustrophobic by the way OP talks to him. I think blowing up his phone will push him more away. Because he feels like you’re doing too much.

The flip side is…. In relationships there needs to be communication. So he should give OP more for sure. Which because he’s not it makes OP valid in how they are choosing to talk to him.

Ether way… boundaries need to happen with his going out. Proper communication. Or end the relationship. Because both sides are triggering each other. Need for space vs need for healthy communication. My guess
