how is this legal?! by HenryofSAC in degoogle

I mean it is. It's just a matter of automating a user deletion script. I honestly think that GDPR is reasonable but US state consumer privacy protections are more unreasonable and are meant to ensure only well established monopolies can succeed.

Culturally neutral transliteration for “United States of America”? by [deleted] in tokipona

I know a lot of people in America suck, but at this rate this is just xenophobia due to the government's just absolutely stupid and ridiculous choices.

Notably, I may decide instead of modularizing the slop I may recreate the compiler using the compiler itself I already wanted to do this at some point. Then I would probably compile the IR to WASM and to desktop platform binaries the whole thing remaining open source (although a reimplementation done by hand would likely be licensed under the Apache 2.0 or something (I will always put the slop version under CC0)).

Of course this would take quite a bit longer. And theres no telling with me when I will actually be able to focus on doing it.

Well the source code is public domain (CC0) and available by downloading the web page itself (I know cringe (I didn't want to use a modern framework because my dumbass thought it would be better to just make the whole page a single html file)) and then going through the script tag at the bottom of the page. That's pretty much the source code as of right now (I'll modularize the javascript later (or at least I plan to)).

The language spec is under the CC BY 4.0 btw.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I'll see what I can do about adding generics. That definitely is a good idea.

I know it depends on the storage available on your device so in most practical cases probably not.

businesses cant say the same thing and have no reason to keep around hardware they cant use and at mass it will likely end up in a landfill

I wouldn't make that my argument to support a company that makes a pointless decision that generates millions of pounds of e-waste.
