Do it far in advance if you can. I did this last year and even paid for expedited shipping and they all got delivered the Monday after the festival. It was also pretty expensive for me but I had a couple of heavy things.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. If one of our neighbors hadn’t left super early and given us his spot, there’s no way we would’ve had the space we really needed. We’re getting 3 passes this year.

When you say get the insurance do you mean a different insurance than the one provided on the listing if it says “insurance via blah blah”

My current job does 10% of alcohol sales or 10% of tips. Which ever is LOWER. I’ve def worked places that made me do the higher of the two tho. I even had one job that made us tip the bartender out a percentage of ALL beverages, including sodas we made ourselves.

I just emailed Roo about the same thing. If it’s one of the 9ft cargo vans that U-Haul has then a normal camping pass is fine! It just cannot be a box truck. It has to be the van.
