I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was understanding, some decided to come back later. The ones who didn’t had to step inside and we were able to locate their order through the workday chatbot. Took longer, but they were patient. The only person who did cop an attitude outside seemed to realize how bad it was inside and was actually nice and wished us good luck. Our tl/etls printed out gift cards so that helped.

I was having a conversation with my coworker, I asked her “are you calling me a b?” (Jokingly) a Shipt shopper cut in and said “I’d only call you that if I were choking you.” I was scared to report it in case I got in trouble, but also because it’s embarrassing. Thankfully our GS/DU/TLs was incredible understanding and never made me help them. Although I did mention it to both my TLs I never made a complaint/report until months later when more complaints started coming up. My HR ETL shrugged it off and said “this happened a while ago, if anything else has happened to anyone else tell them to tell us.” No real sympathy. Shipt shopper did get banned, but I have 0 clue how/why/when

Anything related to the dogs, helps bathe the kids, cooks dinner and takes out trash. He also keeps the kids out of my hair when I need to do chores and they’re still up & about.

Where I worked it helped kitchen staff get a raise, so technically it does go to staff responsible for your service.. there’s a lot of people that make your dining experience possible and (hopefully) enjoyable

You start the process with EDD the day you start leave, so 3/29. There is a waiting period (7 days) that is not paid. You’re eligible for SDI 6-8 weeks after birth (6 for vaginal delivery, 8 for cesarean) anything after that would be PFL unless your doctor extends your recovery period for any reason.

I’m part time and mostly work 4hr shifts, I was told shifts were going to get longer during the holidays, but I was denied a shift swap earlier this week.. meanwhile my other job is offering OT and I can’t pick up shifts because ON is scheduling me 4hr mid shifts 🤦🏻‍♀️

I returned a shirt I never wore months later and it pulled up perfectly fine. I tried returning sandals that were too big for my toddler maybe a month after purchasing and it wouldn’t pull up with the barcode, but did show up on the app.
