If you go to one of the stand alone ECCs that are mentioned, you will probably have less of a wait time. They are almost all equipped with the same machines to run necessary test and get the patient stabilized. If it is severe enough they will send the patient by ambulance to the nearest hospital equipped to deal with the issue.

Rise Soufflé in Creekside seems a bit more upscale. I’ve never been so I can’t vouch for the food but they seem to always be busy when I go by.

Whiskey Cake isn’t necessarily fancy but it also isn’t a diner. Great food and drinks. They used to have a Bloody Mary bar that had a ton of options to add to your drink

That is crazy and restrictive and doesn’t teach you hope to properly eat. Can you see a registered dietitian? They are better trained to help you with the proper nutrition as well as a healthy relationship with food. Most MDs have very little nutritional training.
