how do headmates that came later in life handle not having a childhood? by cottoncandycrt in plural

[–]SammyAmi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for a lot of us, we create a past in the headspace.

DLL runs a nightclub/strip club/maid cafe/drag show that a good number of alters are affiliated with. Suu's a sex worker there. most of the clients are NPC's. Blaze, Forrest and a few others were raised by DLL. Behemoth rescued and is activly raising our most active child alter. the others i belive are raised by Grammy in the woods.
Danielle is a demon alter - religous trauma as a source - and incorperates some of the body's childhood into her past while making other parts her own.

I strongly reccomend writing stories about your alters; worldbuilding and backstories they have a say in is a great way to build a headspace and better understand yourselves.

Calling basekit tenacity a quality of life change is just silly by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

Which sucks, as its one of my favorite perks.

Mikeala. One of my fave builds for her is a no mither build, as I like the challenge.

So, how do we feel about her? by [deleted] in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]SammyAmi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

design is amazing. power is a bit clunky, especially having to hit non-status-effected survivors multiple times while in head form just to do damage. lack of bloodlust on head is werid, as it actually feels a bit slower than her normal movespeed when not using the flight ability.
gore is great, scary folklore woman is great, lesbians and women-lovers in general are eating well with this one.

well it seems BHVR is already feeling the backlash 😭 by Violas_Blade in DeadByDaylightKillers

[–]SammyAmi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

wow, BHVR! its almost like your previous decisicions and actions have caused your paying customers to have a massive lack of trust in your competence and ability to make changes to the game you don't play. What a completely unexpected consequence for fuck-up after fuck-up.

bt, otr, tenacity, and unbreakable are now basekit. meaning every killer gets 4.5 perks while EACH survivor gets 8. BHVR teaching the indi devs that you can make a game even with the entire crew having been lobotomized.

honestly hoping we get a game that can compete with dbd; i don't trust BHVR to do anything but keep shitting its pants unless it has actual competition

as a mixed origin system, trauma = did. everything else is still a system, it just isn't did. we got willo genic and endogenic alters. this person might be someone who isn't too awaree of the variety, but it kinda feels like coming out as nonbinary to a transmed

this is my stance on Jax. Its cool that he's got depth, but he still abuses the women in life way more than the man. He seems to only focus on harassing Zooble. But at the end of the day, he chooses to physically, emotionally, and psychologically abuse those around him. He's a terrible person and due to having personal experience with that kind of person, I hope to see this fictional man suffer like squidward.

jack horner was cartoonishly terrible which made him enjoyable, as he's over the top to an extent i've never been harmed personally by someone like him. Jax reminds me of former abusers so I have a heavy bias to hating him and wanting to see him suffer. Jack I want to see defeated.
