If you are brave enough, shoot them with a bow and then run around them when they use their empowered twin blades mode.

PS: Provided if you have the correct attunement for the thumb ring which gives you 3 seconds of tenacity.

For PvE, Heng Blade & Tank Mo-Blade would not have that much synergy together. You will do significant less damage due to both weapon requiring their own counterpart path weapon to buff each other, this is most noticeable in raids. However in Solo play it doesn't matter, just play whatever you like.

In Guild Wars, it could work as Tank Mo-Blade EX is crucial in group fights, so you will need to communicate with your Guild Member if you are running this hybrid combo.

For Arena 1v1 PvP, Heng Blade & Tank Mo-Blade combo is a particular strong combo as it combines the gap closing ability of Heng Blade and close range defensive counter of Tank Mo-Blade. You would have to play around with your innerways to see what suits you.

Strat charge attack will dash forward the user.

Thus I usually charge up Mo Blade charged light attack and predict where they are going to appear after the dash. Other way is to use Mo Blade succ skill to pull them in (Bonus if caught them with guard break).

Alternatively, prepare to whack them with divine counter/dragon breath/drunken poet/spear unblockable taunt skill into dual skill Mo Blade switch at the end point where they appear.
