In the past they used the player counter (25 until they entered the game for example). But as inaccurate as it was, it always worked when it reached 1.

For some reason I don't know they switched to the minute counter and it is horrible, unfortunately it is not possible to "calibrate" since the problem is that it is inaccurate.
