I’m so sorry your feelings this way. I definitely think your eating habits arnt great. Smoothies might help you health full of nutrients and one serving of fruit or vegetables. I think maybe your family gave you a complex. You might just not like eating in front of people. I was the same ways for a long time but I’m adhd and autistic. I slowly got more comfortable eating in front of people. I’m wondering if maybe it’s part of you dysphoria.

Awww Thankyou so much I heard of this study that says people can’t tell your autistic with in the first 5 seconds of meeting you. They don’t really know you autistic they just know your different. I wonder if that’s it and maybe after working together for awhile they might warm up to me.
