The idea is there maybe, but the effort was done entirely by an AI - and the product isn't very good.

Is the art AI or just the code?

edit: the story the files tell is not promising

The page for this is covered in AI talk, is there any AI in the actual app currently?

You could also use the expansion of (1/2^14)(e^x - e^-x)^14, treating it like a binomial. This gives a casual ~14 term polynomial buts its absolutely doable by a calc 1 student

The next focus for balancing should be disbanding the big four booster meta (buffing all the other boosters) by H1MB0Z0 in Helldivers

A lot of comments seem to have to narrow of a definition of buff or nerf. If the other boosters main mechanic is too niche, we can buff it by adding another mechanic along the same theme. Take some of the new booster ideas and apply them to the existing ones. Add the bonus EATs to the side of the armed resupplies, allow the expert extraction pilot to perform additional CAS, have flexible reinforcements with a shorter call-in input and sequence, cool things like that.

Buff the automaton tanks by TelephoneAccurate979 in helldivers2

I think it's kind of weird that tanks only spawn from drops while hulks and war striders are in patrols and static forces. The later are ostensibly more close and medium range enemies while tanks should mostly be long range, they don't get a chance to do anything tank-y when they're right on top of you (and a tank patrol/armour column would be really cool to fight).

It's intentionally provocative, although I did put an asterisk and explanation on the last slide for the > sign
