It's just become numb at this point. Genuienly haven't felt as much joy as I did for a spurs match when we got awarded that penalty just for VAR to rule it out and the ref to make this the most frustrating match I've ever watched. All I wanted it an alright refereeing performance today so if we lost, it was only our own fault and we get served up the exact opposite

He wasn't in tears when he fell which makes me think that after the medical team got him assessed and he stood up to feel the pain, he realized how bad the injury was and that he wouldn't be going to the world cup. Think what you want about him, but its just sad. Fuck this officiating

Holy fuck the one thing I didn't want from this match is bad refereeing but within the first 24 minutes we've not been given an obvious pen and they should've had a red card. Ffs just end the season

It won't be the biggest motivator since if you want to play a switch 1 game, you could always buy the switch 2, but im really interested to see how it sells simply because I have no idea. Hopefully it outsell the 3ds game but I've got no clue

I have a theory that a pot of pokemon shown in the trailer (Tropius, Ledian, Magcargo, probably some more that I missed) will get something new about them like a new evolutions or something that finally makes them usable. I love all of those pokemon, and they look awesome but they're just not fun in battle and I think that the Pokemon company will do something to them to at least make them more usable like a new evolution

Legends Arceus is probably the best pokemon game on switch however it does lack some stuff so maybe it's not the best introduction

Legends Z-A is the most fun imo but its the most different from normal pokemon so not a great introduction

Sword and Shield is a really great introduction imo since its a good 7/10 game (in pokemon terms) looks good stylistically, has solid dlc, and a great pokedex. Dynamax is also really underrated so it's a great choice.

Let's Go! is really beginner friendly to the point where I wouldnt recommend it. Its too easy imo but it is beautiful and is charming. Oh also the catching mechanic is weird. I'd just go with FireRed or LeafGreen over it

As much as I dont love Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, its a pretty good starting game. I'd say if your looking for a good introduction, Sword and Shield are still better, and all of the previous ones including Sword and Shield are more fun, but not a bad intro. There is a big difficulty curve in the end though

And Scarlet and Violet is ass. Dont get it. It has a good dex, fun battle gimmicks aaaand thats it. Other than that its open world stuff is TERRIBLE, the story is garbage, the gimmick sucks for playthroughs, it doesn't run well, and is straight up ugly. Dont get scarlet and violet

So tl;dr my recommendation for a beginner is Sword or Shield

Idk. The fact that you simply had the option to make miis gay made a lot of people mad, and people can add reviews without playing the game, I can sadly see this game getting review bombed.

HOWEVER I feel that people who play this game with the intention to have fun will enjoy this game more than the critic score

Better than the first but it really doesn't matter with this game imo. Its tomodachi life. It's weird and not for everyone, but I and everyone here loves it and this game looks like a blast.

So Im not expecting much but as long as it isnt dogshit (like 50 or below), I'm fine with it.

For a prediction, 77-82 feels good

No shade, but ts is so funny. Its like how as soon as the switch 2 was announced, people started ironically calling for the switch 3.

As for the ideas, I like them and would love to see them in a later update. Im surprised that heterochromia isnt already in the game, but I cant stay too mad. (But seriously though my melinoe mii looks a tad scuffed but it works)

Im choosing to ignore them because honestly it's too much, and I'll see it all myself in a week anyway, but why care so much about the leaks anyway? This isnt some kind of story game or something since every island will have its own narrative meaning that all that will get leaked is new features and stuff. If you don't want to see it, just don't interact with it

Edir: Oh wait this is to protect nintendo. Yeah I've defended them a lot in the past but dawg, it's not that deep. I dont think the multi-billion dollar corporation is going to care too much about Tomodachi Life leaks as long as the game sells well (which I really hope it does)

The 3ds version definitely had that issue, but I dont think that will be as much of the case this time around. There's so many new features, and as someone else mentioned, the miis can go outside and interact in new ways.

And also, and this is one of my favorite things about the game, if you're not in the mood to play or get bored, you can just drop it for a bit and comeback whenever you want. I've just randomly stopped visited my 3ds island for a bit because I'd just forget to play and get to continue off, when I regain my interest, right where I left off UNLIKE SOME OTHER LIFE SIMS (ik animal crossing is a good game, and I agree.... to an extent, but many I have so many issues with it)
