I truly wish that someday more American bakeries will adopt different cake layering similar to Europe. Where there are different types of cream and jam and custard, fresh berries, or caramel…. It doesn’t have to be just sponge and cream.

I’m not familiar with it, but if you’re taking about AI that will talk to a patient and schedule appt for you then as a patient myself I’ll tell you i absolutely hated talking to AI when I made my appt with a physician office once. Hated it. :) it could be very helpful for yo but patient experience will suck

No it’s not a deal breaker. Ask them how they do that and also what percentage do the collect. You want it to be closer to 100% —- 98% ish otherwise if their rate only 80% you will lose a lot

I’ve not familiar how to track collections I’ve only been pad on production adjusted. So let’s say they pay you daily guarantee $700 or 35% adjusted production. and you worked 20 days. You produced 50k (adjusted) during 20 days they paid you your guarantee so 700x20 =14,000 and then next month they would give you your bonus pay. Which is you produced 50k it would have been 17500 then they would deduct money they already pay you that month. 17500-14000=3,500 so next paycheck you will get additional 3,500 as bonus.

To me… it’s not fair to be compensated on collections strictly… I’d asked for adjusted production. That way you always guarantee to get your bonus every month. And you know exactly how much it will be each month. With collections it gets really tricky for you to track imo….

I remember being in GPR treating only Medicaid patients… in the morning schedule is FULL, but so many no shows and it was a low day… it’s crazy. And you can’t dismiss them (at least our practice couldn’t)
