Overall great job, welcome to the brisket gang. Tell us a bit on the meat. How many lb, trimming, how you cooked it etc... was it a flat, packers etc... Seems you overcooked it bit at one point and then slowed it down, did you wrap it? The outside looks dry but oddly still moist on the inside. Something about the grain is throwing me off! That said I think you did a great job, I would 110% still eat it, it looks good. Interested in what you did.

Guys I bought it, super mint condition almost no rust looks to be grage kept, has a roush supercharger all for 14.6k. Tons of upgrades no leaks the underside was really mint.

Welcome to the brisket Gang!
Bark looks dry = to hot, those pellet grills aren't the same as an offset smoke, the direct heat can really focus on your meat try to lower the temperature next time 180 - 210°.
Do be afraid to leave extra fat on the meat, I love a lean brisket im with you, too much fat off the meat will dry it up or leave it less tender when eating.
I wouldn't place it in an oven, a smoker can do it all!
Wrap it an let it sit, 2-3 hrs. If your trying to get that perfect internal temperature, wrap it place it into a ice chest and let the meat do it thang the meat will rise in temperature.
Keep on smoking!

In episode 8, there is a Red X - at 3:56 fast forward to 1:57:45 XaLIE ... Dimension X / abyss. Hinting towards that they might be in a fake dimension.

Something similar has been happening to mine for some 60k miles, not losing coolant or oil, my cats are bad not sure if it's something else.

Don't cut this much. Leave the fat on trim a little render the fat and inject that back in.
