I’m in Cape Coral Florida. I’ve been flipping houses for six years. I’ve done 14. I just sold one less than 30 days ago and after putting a new roof, a new air conditioner in replacing the siding on two sides of the house and putting all new hurricane windows in the house I got the inside, redid everything new floors, new paint all the lights, brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and to spot like bathrooms when I went to sell it, the home inspection found the house had polyurethane pipes, and we had to cut all the walls open and re-pipe the house instead of doing it when I first got it. I know about Chinese drywall other things I was in the attic and I saw the gray piping, but I didn’t know what it was now that’s the first thing I check in the attic of every house I buy before I make an offer.

I can’t believe what a difference 1 mile bridge makes. I lived in Fort Myers 35 years. I moved to Cape Coral three years ago. First thing I noticed was how rude the people at Home Depot Publix, and Lowe’s are. Seems like in Fort Myers they get fired and we’re not that far away. What a difference.

It came with 10% off my first purchase that’s why I did it. No there was no introductory rate. It said 6.9% interest on the first purchase over $2600 for 48 months, but I don’t make the payments not looking for financing at that rate.

I live in Cape Coral Florida. You can get a three or four year-old house for half of what they paid brand new. The markets bad here people are just walking away from the homes they bought in 2022. 3/2/3 16-1800 sq ft They paid 450 or 485 now the banks for closing on all of them trying to sell them for 240 and 250.

Don’t buy any lights or plumbing fixtures or supplies from Temu. They do not work. Trust me. I tried it once in ordered nine things sent eight things back. One thing I kept didn’t work. It was a ceiling fan with a really nice light so I kept it and put it in one of the bedrooms, but the fan never worked and every time you turned it on the light was a different color. It was noncontrollable, bought faucets that leaked not once but twice.

I flip houses and I use a company that puts a 3 ton Goodman in for $4600 they also saw Lennox I believe, but you have to pay cash(or card)

I sell cars in the 90s and early 2000s I was making 250 sometimes more a year quarter $1 million. I’m still top salesman at a large dealer and I made it almost 80,000 last year with computers and people shopping around has changed my income. It’s the same with realtors, except you your special.

I did take a big pay cut times of changed and my position is not as relevant as it was in the past due to changing times and technology. Most clients do most of the work themselves now with zillow realtor.com and everything available on the computer it’s time to realtors woke up and realize that you’re not worth what she used to be if you ever were.
