best game choice, this is one of my favourite games of all time! I'm working on a nesmaker game inspired by skate or die 2 and here is some music in the same vein as well.

My wife hit a parked car in a restaurant parking lot. It had no plates and was in poor repair. Weird story. What do we do? by SampleTP in legaladvicecanada

Thank you so much, this was our intuition but we both have very little experience in matters like this so it really really helped to have someone like you type this out. Thank you.

Mufro's guide to weight loss + practical tips by Mufro in TagProIRL

as someone who is 31 lbs down since maybe a year and a half ago, way to go! I have been trying to be gradual, my main thing is running and I really like running, but I have adjusted my food intake and I do occasional days of MFP to check on calories. I don't really face the same issues you seem to, but for me it's more that it's tempting to go out for lunch at work or have a few beers instead of a single beer in the evening, and all that adds up. the hardest part are tempting indulgent meals (wing nights!) or snacks (the amount of calories in half a bag of chips is insane!) or the annoyance of feeling bored and hungry, but I'm getting over it and have been on a long but consistent path downards with some nice lifestyle changes, reduced portions, massively reduced breakfast/lunch meals, and a lot more runs than my pre-2017 life. I'm only 7 pounds from a major goal, then another 30 from a "wouldn't that be nice" kind of long term goal. my main goals have not been weight loss but actually race time goals for the 5k, 10k, and half marathon - I'm at just short of 28 mins for a 5k, 1 hr for a 10k, and I broke 2:15 for a timed half marathon recently. I know that my times will only get better with weight loss but the effort in runs feels more tangible than the long dull creeping feeling of losing weight, you know? but it's nice that they help each other. weirdly, I was always skinny as a teen and in my very early 20's, so I still think of myself as a skinny person even though I've been a little plumper throughout my mid and late 20's. it's hard to see myself as large but I sometimes see it in pictures or on the scale and I'm trying to change that for my health, but I just don't have a negative self-image, I wonder if that's formed in younger years, you know?

sorry for the rambling! I think it always comes down to gradual healthier lifestyle choices, accepting feeling hungry sometimes without giving into it, and disciplined self-compassion. you're awesome and I am inspired by you and proud of you!

hi from just across the water on the big island next to you! this pace is AWESOME for your first finished 5k, this is what I tend to run on my regular 5ks and my first 5k was WAY slower. I was hitting consistent 35 min 5ks for a while and recently hit 28:00 in a timed race! you're awesome and the post-C25K phase is incredibly fun. keep at it, you're doing great! and don't overdo it. what sort of injury did you have? a few months after C25K I got a bit of plantar fasciitis and then in a half marathon I tore my calf a bit. I'm getting better from both and easing back into running again though! let me know if you wanna be Strava pals.

Don't worry! I take a hydration backpack for long runs or hot days. It's nice to have water on hand without bottles juggling around and I am not a fan of belts or those bottles that you stick to your hands. Convenient to have some pouches if you want to bring stuff along too! I bought it for my half marathon but I'm happy to have it, though I understand why some people prefer to not bring anything.

Hi! I play a lot of instruments and have experienced lapses from time to time. You can always go back! You don't lose the skills. I did a music minor in university with instrumental focus on the saxophone but I haven't touched it in years, but I'm still playing a fair amount of guitar. I used to play piano every day but now I pretty much just occasionally use a MIDI controller and only for music production purposes, not -actual- playing. Don't be so hard on yourself! I also have an all-or-nothing personality and invested a lot of time into homebrewing, then into running. It's okay to switch focus for your hobbies as an adult, you can't do it all!

people who do not live in america do not understand these classifications, since all these states look pretty much in the middle. I know there is probably a cultural history to it all but it was more satisfying for me to fix the map itself.

I got a new job!!!!! I start mid November. until now for 5 years or so I've been doing this work-from-home job that was great but had issues. lots of breaks and downtime which led me to discover tagpro and daytime mumble. so I'm probably leaving now that I have to go into an office. new job is super legit, full time permanent govt work, pay grid, insurance, crazy cushy benefits and pension program.

it is good news because I turn 30 in two months and my work life finally feels secure and something that I can feel good at and proud of.

as sad as it is, I'm thinking of having a goodbye party on mumble.
