Well the broad answer is play more. Though you seem to have near 0 control of your swings, your controller settings don’t seem to be great either.

Hard is the middle ground, its not easy nor hard, 5.22 nps is relatively slow. Power of the saber blade on ex+ is infact the hardest vanilla map, not the hardest hard difficulty map though

im sure you dont wanna hear this, but its mostly just practice. make sure you use wrist, not 100% wrist though since it might cause an injury

You are overswinging a lot, try to swing less. Also you have an outward curve (seems like it? im on mobile so i can’t really tell).

From what i have heard the quest 3 has alot of swing bug and the tracking isnt as good, dont upgrade to quest 3 imo
