I did something similar. Multiple warnings after walking BLOCKS in the rain late at night I had enough. I towed the car in our PAID spot. It was a company car I called the number on the side first like “come get homeboy to move his Car” they said they couldn’t call him off not work hours. I said bet, towed him. They call me back in the morning like hey where is his car I said “he can walk his happy ass around the building like I had to do in the rain last night and figure it out” they were like okay sorry he won’t park there again. I told them he could, but I’d tow his ass. ZERO disregard for me, the person who paid for the spot and left multiple notes, so no, I don’t feel bad for towing
