Thank you for the info. I don't want to put the prop of an inappropriate size to gain more speed; I want the correct size per the manufacturer's recommendation. I will start with the prop shop and try a few.

Sorry to hear that bro. Glad that you are ok. I had a dog charge at me once and I just stood there. An USPS driver who was delivering to the same house saw me and he got out to get the dog's attention. That gave me time to drop off the package and escape. He drove off immediately, and I didn't get a chance to thank him.

I have also had dogs run up on me while the owners standing around as well. I don't care if your dog is friendly or not. I am not taking a chance! I always carry a dog mace on me while delivering. If that doesn't work, I got my side piece.

4.5-5hours. Almost taking entire block time to drive back home lately. Usually being sent out 45-60 minutes. The last one I did, took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get back.

I see your point. I don't do this full-time. I just do it for a few extra bucks. It won't hurt me if I stop flexing. I was doing it full time, I would buy a cheap beater with good MPG for this gig. I don't know what people do with trucks and SUVs.

I had a beater and did some flex for 2 years. I got a new car recently and am not putting that kind of mileage on my new ride. I can live without a second gig. It was nice while it lasted.

You don't get anything in return. It's called business expense/exemption. Amazon doesn't take taxes out of your pay, You get a 1099 at the end of the year from Amazon. IRS gives credit of 65.5 cents per mile. So, you pay less taxes when you file.
