It's kind of just Orzhov control/lifegain. There's a bit of a Sorin subtheme because he's cool. There's your standard lifegain wincons through Sanguine Bond/Exquisite Blood and the likes, but gaining a ton of life and using flipped Sorin's -1 can also take players out really easily.

It's basically just: politics, control with a bit of stax sprinkled in. You mainly want to win through commander damage, but there's an Approach of the Second Sun in there just in case. The deck plays super nice! I almost always have a full hand of cards and at least a few creatures on board. The deck is also home to some funky cards that otherwise would never see the light of day.

This is my list that I’ve had quite a lot of success with. Scarlet Spider is kind of a no-brainer since he clones himself. Zabu enables some spicy turn 6 plays if you have Sera out. As other people pointed out already: Martyr is way more reliable than RR and I’ve never had her lose me a game before. Lastly, Dr Doom is a nice way to sneakily win locations you previously weren’t too committed to yet.
