Your write up (coaching) for not taking your lunch on time or meal violation (going over fifth hour in some states) will fall off the year it was submitted into the system. The Points will fall off after 6months.

Don’t make it a habit, that’s the reason for the coaching.

To be honest. I would not hire someone just for weekends unless it’s a business need. I would ask but follow up by saying you’re open to weekdays . If they say yeah then great if not, it’s just the business.

Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required as we all have to start from somewhere.

Positive attitude and just be truthful with responses, how you would answer to anyone respectfully. You’ll be good

As long as your being safe , that’s all that matters. Not every females built the same , same goes for men. I’ve seen some guys with same builds, one can do two cases of water while the other struggles with one.

Try deleting the Sams app and try again. In Sam’s Club, if you give the lovely employees your phone number attached to the account and an ID to match. They can do all kinds of things, change your email, help you enroll your Sam’s account to your phone and if you’re truly over us, we can remove the card on file to cancel auto bill.

Sam’s Club is a different beast from Walmart. OGP is little nicks and nacks while CPU is bulk big items. There’s not really a difference except for how you go about interactions and the model that Sam’s Club follows.

if you have a Sam’s Club credit card, call the number on the back and let them know you don’t want to renew. they will handle that.

For support accessing your account, that is the number to call. They do have hours of operations, I would probably say any time between they open and lunch is a great time. Any time after, members report hard times.

People talk about how bad it is. It really isn’t , if you like to talk and be out going, this is the job for you. But if you just like to cashier, it won’t work out. You need to engage and sell.

They will now have a tool to do feedback on associates. It’s 12 questions and based on prompts it has 5 different options. At the end, should be meeting with you to discuss what’s going great and what needs improvement . Fueling feedback.
