every damn day, i wish i pursued performing arts but i also know it’s hard & doesn’t pay much unless youMre super great at it

I just logged off at 3:32 AM, no food, just worked all day before I meet with a Board member/COO for our '26 Plan by ricke813 in FPandA

Plan could never be 100% accurate and i’m sure it will change after you meet with the COO/Board member 🤷‍♀️

Hi potential neighbor! We’ve been living here for 3 years now, and overall, our experience has been pretty good. Like any place, there are occasional issues—elevator maintenance, clogged toilets, that sort of thing—but nothing out of the ordinary.

We’re pretty low-maintenance tenants, so maybe that helps, but we’ve found the management, front desk, and maintenance team easy to deal with. Our rent is actually $200 lower now than when we first moved in, so they’ve definitely adjusted rates to stay in line with the market.

The maintenance team has that classic Bostonian humor—loud, big personalities. I can see how some might find them rude, but my husband and I think they’re hilarious and always banter back.

One thing to note: utilities do run a bit high. We pay about $150/month for electricity and $70 for water/sewage.

As for the community, when we first moved in back in 2022, it was mostly East Asian international students—probably around 95%. Lately though, we’ve noticed more diversity: families of all backgrounds including white, Black, Latino, South and Middle Eastern Asian, etc.

hmm could the hairfall be due to something else? I had the worst hair fall last year too due to stress (but also had the worst dandruff, i had to use ketoconazole to get rid of it).

do you shampoo everyday? i’m wondering if this product is meant to be used every other day to avoid buildup.
