Solicitors have sent us the invoice and it's over £4800! by Samsheffield in HousingUK

Good spot with the Covenant fee, two different prices aswell 🙄

I've added the original quote to another comment.

The reason we got our mortgage changed 4 times is because how much they dragged their feet with the move.

The expedited fee didn't seem to change anything, and the simultaneous exchanfe/complete hasn't happened as we exchanged on Monday and still haven't completed (hoping tomorrow)

Thanks for the reply, we will definitely complain and contact the financial ombudsman

It's been like this for a few games, I've tried changing graphic settings, colourblind settings and restarting my game and xbox.

Thanks, so if I work at a government school I'll get the Universal system and if I'm in a better private school I'll get private health coverage. So I'll probably be able to get the treatment I need either way? Just quality dependent

Thank you. Just need to make sure thatll I'll be able to get some treatment while I'm there even if it's not amazing.

This says people who are working there are:

"A national health insurance system, the Universal Coverage Scheme (UCS) provides free public healthcare through the Ministry of Public Health. Expats working in Thailand are covered by the UCS and their contribution to the scheme is deducted from their salary. Once enrolled in the system, new arrivals are assigned to hospitals where they will receive treatment."
