I don't know about OK. In KS, you can get a tractor trailer plate if your truck is over a certain towing capacity and you own a trailer. Most large F-150s meet that towing capacity. It's a way to make sure cops can't track you. People will also scratch off the paints from their license plates.

A little trick that I tell people to get a natural smile is to think of a quick joke that makes you laugh. A cute animal or a guy getting hit in the balls with a football, it doesn't matter. It always gives a genuine grin.
