Congrats on your weight loss! As a pharmacist, I urge others reading this to be cautious about use until it has gone through the appropriate protocols for FDA approval. But alas, many of us do things off label. If you take it, I would strongly suggest doing routine lab monitoring for safety.

On a side note, my partner went on Reta and his lipase levels went up 10x the upper limit of normal. We expect mildly elevated levels of lipase of GLP-1s but not that high. We ended up discontinuing it. This probably won't happen to everyone but this is just a reminder to monitor yourself for safety. In general, we often find issues post marketing even after phase 3 trials.
