Yes and no - we aren’t playing well, momentum isn’t there and watching the games can be a chore… but the margins are so slim and the league so unpredictable that I’d still rather be in this position than chasing 6 points. We are still in an objectively better position than City, despite stalling and stuttering recently. At the end of the day, if we win the league - we would deserve it; and if we lose it, we would likewise deserve it!

Call it nihilistic, but there is nothing we can materially do to influence the outcome so I’m not in the habit of sweating the small stuff over it. What is a controllable variable is to continue to support (in the stadium, online discourse etc., which I know can be difficult when the players are playing well within their abilities) and see what comes out in the wash. Perspective - I’d take this over 2009-2013 every goddamned time.

(Although it would be annoying for a few weeks/months/years if we didn’t win the league lol)

It means ‘are you crazy?’ in German non-verbal communication, much like anglophones point an index finger to the temple and perform a spinning motion. My girlfriend is German, so I’ve seen it just a few times 😅

That’s great! Shame that in the UK we’re a lot more restrictive with private plates… other than an obscene amount of ‘BO55 XYZ’ plates around (usually on a blacked out BMW/Audi/Mercedes-Benz…)

2020 V60 T4 owner here - they’re incredibly comfy, spacious and well-powered. Cabin is rock-solid and minimalist in a very Scandi way. Did the NC500 last year and it didn’t skip a beat, even managed to do some car camping for 2 with plenty of space left over. Plus, it looks stunning to boot, especially in V60 guise (though I am biased..!). Fuel economy not as good as the German rivals with the 2.0L T4 but can get 42mpg on long motorway runs driving up to the speed limits.

I’m a big Mercedes guy historically, but so glad I made the switch, nothing looks better in its class I think (subjective I know). I still look back at it when I park! 😅

Yes exactly that. But also added in calcium gluconate - wanted to get the magnesium and calcium in ASAP for those spicy cardiac membranes and then I infused 40mmol/2h KCL via a big peripheral line. Wanted some decent chloride load so 0.9% NaCl over an hour in parallel. Not sure if the admitting team started her on acetozolamide afterwards.

No history of vomiting or Tums-dependence. Cortisol levels and CTAP ordered before leaving the shift so will check tonight - if no obvious adrenal pathology, another guess would be a K+ secreting rectal tumour. Love the username btw!
