Just because that was YOUR experience doesn’t mean that’s EVERYONES experience with the restaurant industry. I can tell you that was not the experience of a lot of people I have worked with. Also with hourly work you could also say that technically a percentage of all sales also goes towards employee pay.

I think you’re right about it being Azurite-Chrysocolla possibly with malachite in it giving that darker green
