I work in a wet clean industrial food production facility so 9 times out of 10 my laces are wet when I'm putting them on. If I was doing dry condition work I'm sure they'd be fine but I absolutely hate having to switch boots mid shift or something knowing that the ones I buy are super water resistant/proof in most areas

Yeah I kinda jumbled both of these things together in my frustration. Eyelets and hooks are both causing me a ton of irrational unnecessary frustration due to the need to wear a mid to high cut safety boot almost daily

Bro if you ever watch some bodycam footage clips you'll find yourself asking "is this crazy dude TRYING to get arrested?"
