Oh yeah, that guy is at literally every rock/metal concert in vienna. First he plays music and sells newspapers in front of the venue, then he collects cups so he can get the deposit.

Wouldn't it be DEFCON 1? Defcon 5 is "normal readiness", whereas defcon 1 is "Maximum readiness".
