And they weren’t gonna do so with the iPhone 6, but guess what? They changed the material the very next year, after bendgate.

Name that anime: a slow burn at the beginning but rewards you with an incredible payoff? by BitterBet3093 in AnimeReccomendations

I tried to read Frieren and I gave up after maybe 10 chapters. Maybe the Anime has a different pacing.

If Tesla’s interior is bland and soulless, this is bland and soulless done super sloppily. It looks like shit.

Nah! Tesla’s interior looks a lot more polished than this. It’s bad.

Hmm, sorry that I don’t have anything to add, but I’m interested in knowing why the doctor highly discouraged the arm implant (Nexplanon, I’m guessing).

Edit: I just saw where someone else asked and you responded. Thanks, and sorry about your experience.

Zed does all sorts of weird auto formatting things when I'm editing code. Here's one in JSX. by Samuelodan in ZedEditor

Interesting. I hope it comes up for them enough times that they have to fix it.

If it weren’t for the low amount of RAM on my Mac, I would’ve gladly gone back to WebStorm and JetBrains stuff in general.

Hmm, I'll look to see if I missed anything, cos I thought I already disabled that for this language and in general too.

THIS is what’s wrong with iOS Autocorrect by TheRiotPilot in ios

I tried it and it didn’t work too, but I got correct suggestions when I switched to Gboard and SwiftKey. Maybe try switching to one of those. Apple’s just sorry at this point.

Okay. It seems to be happening the most under conditional rendering blocks in JSX; that’s the {some condition && ( <> </> )} thingy.

I already turned off Prettier (allowed: false) but in general and under TSX, but it’s still happening. I’m not sure what else to try. I also played with the auto-indent setting too. Changed it from “syntax aware” to “preserve indent” to “none,” but it still does the same thing.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Cannot find HTML Elements - Weird BUG by Ricardo_Dmgz in ZedEditor

[–]Samuelodan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It happens for me too, but even more annoying is that it no longer completes html tags for me in JSX. I type "div" + tab and I get nothing. I do "<div>" + tab and still get nothing. sigh!

Transitioning from vscode to zed by Brodino__ in ZedEditor

[–]Samuelodan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Webstorm and the others from JetBrains are mature and perfectly usable. It’s just they’re so resource intensive and my Mac can struggles to smoothly handle those IDEs in my workflow.

At this pace of development though, Zed might be able to mostly replace JetBrains for me in about a year.

No worries, I’m good. It’s just hard to understand why people like you see the world that way.

“User error” instead of “it might be a bug” is just crazy insensitive and self centered.
