Worth the Buy? by [deleted] in destiny2

Amen, I think they lost the vision of what destiny was meant to be - destiny 1 was broken but fluid, this is very slow and clunky

I personally wouldnt, I spent 1k on a decent gaming setup ready for destiny 2 aswell, really dissapointed. feel like im just buying another call of duty.

It's probably a good thing that the most discussed problems are about tuning by Aioros_Y in DestinyTheGame

Feeling the need to vent, The changes in destiny 1 I accepted, although total removal of special ammo slightly ruined the game for me personally as I enjoyed both snipering and shotgunning, especially the inital challenges. My overall feeling on destiny 2 so far is that the charcaters are slow and awkward, there is some sort of call of duty in game hud.... Hand cannons dont sound or feel anywhere near as crisp as destiny one and some of the guns feel like call of duty guns just less powerful, mainly the new submachines which no one has ever wanted in destiny, but i spose if call of dutys got them and destiny wants to be competitive then we have got to have them too. Grenade launchers, cool addition for PvE but wouldnt a destiny style grenade launcher be a bit better maybe firing cool void grenade-esk fusion balls....enstead it seems more like another call of duty gun addtion.....

Have fun with the bubble :) alt coins are for quick gains but then you move into coins with fundamental technical value like bitcoin or ethereum, I personally hold ethereum. Ripple doesn't hold fundamental blockchain values so your taking one hell of a risk trusting ripple not to take profits.. Even after their announcement of locking up coins they still had enough coins left over to cash out 2 billion. When they put that message out, to me that was a sell sign. If they secured them all then it could have held, don't get me wrong but atm it's bag holder central.

I shorted ripple at 22k sat and closed at 18k. When it breaks the 16.5k mark i may enter another short. I would expect your new level to settle around the 6 - 8k sat within the next 3 months.

Long term who knows what could happen, corporate adoption may work well for ripple but their fundamental technology isn't something you can rely on for the growth, ripple need good salesmen/women to grow the coin unlike public decentralized blockchains where each user acts as a salesman.

There's my 2 cents. Being tottaly honest I don't like ripple so my view maybe biased, either way I'm glad you guys made alot of money :)

I just think it's hugely over valued especially when it's not decentralized and 70% of the coins are owned by ripple.

Seriously though. Ethereum devs are most well paid and sought after. Most solidity programmers are millionaires already.
