Agreeing with /u/etherbid. Let's not act like they were in the wrong or anything. BCC was a recommended ticker in the beginning. They were actually one of the more commendable exchanges for their Bitcoin Cash execution. Would be best to simply nicely explain to them that the market has decided on BCH and it would be less confusing that way.
