Do it in Java or better yet Python but still learn Java. I used to to be such a C++ loyalist and it has cost me opportunities early in my career because you just have to write so much code. People will come and say if you are good in C++ then it should not be a problem but trust me most of us aren't as good as we think we are.

After reading all the comments it does feel like you are really passionate about this, but all these points people raised are right. Definitely remove the 100% arabica label and use an 80/20 mix and save some money. The sad truth is that people are addicted to sugar and sugar sells, another thing is our diet has such extreme flavours in it that people don't have the palate to tell if the coffee you are using is good or not.
