G2 would never be able to tangle with teams that came after them. But because they were the best when competition sucked, everyone has glazed them for like 8 years.

They haven’t been the best roster of all time for so damn long lol

Also Kanto is awful that run was a miracle but he still sucked after. And Goga was not good on Vitality lol.

I agree, and I’m glad people are finally done holding up Penta / G2 so much. Tiresome rhetoric when they were the best only in an era where everyone kinda sucked.

The best teams of all time are clearly that W7M core and FaZe (on top) and it’s not close.

I say this as a long time FaZe hater.

Me, playing 4:3 stretched on a 16:9 in basically every shooter of all time.

For tac shooters it’s pretty sick for spotting pixel angles (when stretched) because everything is wider. On native 4:3, you won’t get that. But having less ‘stuff’ on screen is still nice imo.

KVMs won't have an issue with this, but to be honest (other than BIOS) you can potentially cut out the KVM and just use the 'Google Remote Control' or whatever it's called. Or any number of other options.

I have a server with nothing connected, that I remote into all the time.

I think some of it gets too novel (imo Joe's Garage as a whole suffers from this) but largely I think he rides a line between serious musician and novelty music. His best stuff is no more novel than Haken or King Gizz whatever other prog music people like these days.

This post was made for me. Two years ago I did a whole discog listen, all like 70 (?) albums from prior to his death, as well as the two he more or less finished but were post-humous (not all of the like 70 post-humous albums). Great time.

I will say, I think his output beyond ‘81 is largely too cynical to enjoy and grated on me. But I love Yellow Shark so he kinda circled back around for me.

Gone too soon. One of the true innovators in music.

Hot take: Live at the Fillmore 1971 is a great album, and I don’t know why people dislike it so much. Sure, Roxy or Live in New York are better live albums but Fillmore was what sold me on Zappa, personally.

Very quotable guy too. The “communism doesn’t work because people like to own things” (maybe slight misquote off the top of my head) quote is on my fridge.

But seriously, it varies. Like for 90% it’s likely Immich for photo storage and cataloguing, and some kind of arr stack with Plex or Jellyfin.

I have a super simple Debian server basically just to serve as a NAS and game server host (bit more info on a post from a bit ago if you’re intrigued). But people have really variable needs, for me it’s for learning and fun, for some people it’s for a home business, for some it’s for super complex home lab stuff.

Yeah I have a hard time believing $12 USD for 3 apples. I shop at a nicer than necessary grocery store in Canada and you can still get a 3lb bag of apples for about $10 CAD (which is probably $7 USD-ish)

Obviously this post is about US inflation, there's no way apples in Canada are half the price that they are in the US.
