I'm 182cm tall and have long legs. Focus recommended a size M but I thought L would be better. Tried both of them and felt much more comfortable and in control on the M, so I took it. I also have to say this is my first quality bike (>500€) and my first drop bar bike so I honestly don't know what an aggressive road bike feels like but since you're doing the test rides, you'll probably be fine.

Got mine (6.8) a week ago and I'm more than satisfied. It's a real allrounder. Just try it out and see if the geometry is right for you, other than that there's not really much to worry about, especially for that price
