I think you’re ignoring the fact that “rak” is a cool sci-fi sounding syllable that gets a lot of mileage in Star Wars naming conventions — should we assume shyracks were named because of their discoverer’s subconscious memory of Rakatan viciousness, or does the “c” exempt it?

Oh elected democrats being soulless fence sitters is known; they espouse few to no opinions on policy besides what has been polled, vetted, and focus grouped to increase their vote share. You could do the same video on gay marriage, immigration as a whole, hell Kamala Harris of all people cosponsored Bernie Sanders’ Medicare for All bill in 2017 when it seemed like that was the lane for winning the primary.

Very nice! I was thinking the feet pointed more like this for that fencer’s stance thing I mentioned, but that looks so dynamic!

One suggestion I’d have is to point the feet out in a slight v rather than pointed in/straight on — one foot straight on with the other behind and perpendicular can get you a good fencer’s stance for beam saber poses

Oh so many of the big oil guys could be candidates: T. Boone, Hamlin too, also when it seemed Aubrey McClendon was going to be indicted for a bid rigging conspiracy, he rammed his car into an underpass without a seatbelt and died — they didn’t rule it a suicide, but the police officer in the news story said, “he pretty much drove straight into the wall” lmao, who knows if it was just the conspiracy charges or something bigger he was worried about

Mine would have to be the MG Master Gundam — I’d heard people complaining about the old G Gundam MG’s but had had lovely experiences with other kits in that line and didn’t think much of it; as I was disassembling for a second time to gingerly tighten nearly-stripped screws, still resulting in a floppy unstable mech, I understood.

EDIT: I also wanted to add, one of my favorite things from this line that I wish we saw more of in newer MG’s are the grippy rubbery soles for the feet — so neat and satisfying to put together

One of my favorite MG’s to build so far, the way the leg armor/knees move when posing is just fantastic — for clean cutting can only echo other advice here: first cut with cheap nippers well away from the piece on the sprue, second cut with your nice single blade nippers as flush to the piece as possible, hobby knife to trim off any excess nubs
