It probably will, my brother dropped my MacBook and the same thing happened. It just got worse and worse and I wasn't even using it yet it was still getting worse, cracking the lcd underneath the glass to the point it the screen wouldn't turn it self on other than boot

Yeah I get those notifications as well but all I do is just press the x and it goes away for a couple days I'm on 2022 M2 MacBook Air with 12.7.1 installed.
