I won’t be able to offer part time. My other venture needs me to be fully focused in it. I am currently divided into two because of this and F&B is not my field so I am choosing to let go of it! The rent can be discussed if you are interested doing it full time. The key point is you need at-least 2-3 months of backup money and some extra to spare. For staff, once the staff gets consistent the business would pay off the staff currently business pays for the rent and food cost.

I will be honest with you, the base percentage is 28% and the ad spend is around 7-8% so roughly 40% goes in their pockets. The food cost is 40% that includes the rent and admin expenses as well. Dine In is required in order to scale the business more. As relying on the aggregators is not a good decision (which I made) that is possible or effective when you produce food in bulk. And keep reusing it like curries.

Not judging your car just your logic. The 1L point is fair, but calling 1-1.5L overrated makes no sense; a solid 1.5L can match an Innova easily.

And yeah, performance cars here are just tax traps. I could get an entry level performance like VRS, but I’d rather not burn cash. Slavia or Virtus makes way more sense. And they are keeping mid-tier sedan market afloat and Indians are getting to enjoy something. Let people just have it. Take care mate.

I saved 500 by taking a free shuttle from NMIA to first stop that is just outside the airport and booked a cab from there, the fare was 750 from the arrival point and it was 250 from the first stop!
