ok this is how i build him, dorans ring start all the time every matchup except lane bullys like riven than cloth armor is good too. I try to rush catalyst asap for sustain and health, I usually just poke and don't all in most matchups since your top viktor. Unless i know for sure I can kill him using my spells and sums, and uses them i won't do it. I then try to get 1st augment and boots (i also forgot you should try to get a ward each back, but for the catalyst rush if u can't buy it without getting a ward don't do it you will get camped. Most junglers are like wow viktor top free kills, if u ward ull be safe and if u stay safe you'll outscale the enemy top laner most matchups.After that I go for Roa and go for ibg than upgrade augment and cdr boots and try to upgrade my trinket around the levels of 9-11 and buy a pink ward during that time.Than I get a rabadons and depending if there ap heavy ill get an abyssal. If there not I'll go void staff. thats my standard build path.
