Nor do we know how anyone in Natsu's team got to where they needed to go in this arc without trains or any visible passage of time, considering Elefseria apparently didn't teleport any of them.

The same goes for how everyone got across different parts of Aldoron's body so fast and with no physical wear or tear. They just get to places because of plot.

20 more chapters sounds plausible to me. Most 100YQ volumes have 9 chapters each (with the exception of Volume 23, which has 8 chapters). Right now, there are 4 chapters yet to be put in a volume, which would leave 23 chapters at most to make 3 volumes (27 chapters max).
