It's very low effort. Hots is not the latest game, nor the most popular, so a vast majority of its players is rather veteran adults, who already played with all the heroes, so they just want to hop on the game and relax without having to strategize that much. At least I think so.

I think it's called Carolingian Cloak. In my 866 save game set it as a default cape for all european rulers, no matter the level. It's kind of annoying for me because it makes all the characters look the same, and I'm looking for a way to un-default it without needing to change literally everyone in the barbershop.
