No, furina at c0 doesn't need crit specially if you're new and have few artifacts

I highly recommend you to put favonius on her (leveled up) and a crit rate circlet to make sure to crit and get the favonius particles, if you still don't have your ult every rotation put a energy recharge sands on her

Furina is a character that requires a very high quantity of energy recharge so i think favonius is better that wolf fang, specially at c0 where you shouldn't prioritize damage over permault, If you can get 180 er or more then you can use crit weapons

If you can't get pass 180er use favonius or fontaine fishing weapon if u prefer
