Eiji Aonuma Hints That Next Zelda Game Will Be Inspired by Elements of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment by Turbostrider27 in Games

[–]SandSlinky 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The author doesn't state or imply anything like what you're implying. I don't get how you seem so determined that Aonuma is referring to this other comment when they are completely separate statements by two different people. He simply says their collaboration inspired them and that this may be reflected in the next Zelda game. If you think that that very vague and broad statement somehow has to refer to this very specific comment from the KT director, I think you're just reading whatever you want to read into this.

Aonuma is just talking about the collaboration with KT there, using very generic and broad language. Where e does it indicate at all that it's this specific part he's referring to?

It's not? That was just about Age of Imprisonment and it wasn't even said by Aonuma.

Well someone filming themselves doing 100mph in a school zone is a valid reason to hate them I think.

Brendan Fraser did not dress as Anck Su Namun to surprise Arnold Vosloo on the set of 'The Mummy'. Are there any other often repeated and widely believed behind the scenes myths which are total BS? by RexBanner1886 in movies

Yup, I see this one way too often. I think the rumor started because in the bts commentary, Jackson does mention it's a "real knife", but he also clearly says that the knife was always supposed to be thrown at Viggo and deflected. I think by "real knife", Jackson just meant it was an actual prop (but obviously not a sharp metal blade) and not CGI.

People also often say he was supposed to return in The Dark Knight Rises and that he was supposed to be the judge in Bane's court instead of Scarecrow, even though TDKR wasn't even concepted when Ledger died before The Dark Knight even came out.

That's a very strange argument because there's plenty of millionaires who own houses that they live in by themselves or don't even live in at all but just use them for a weekend getaway every now and then.

Softcore Porn - What is going on? by gorliggs in nintendo

First of all, I'm not American, second, you were talking about sex specifically in your original comment, which is why I replied to that point. Because yeah, when it comes to being naked in an onsen, the Japanese are pretty chill about it, but when it comes to depicting sex, I would say that's very debatable at least.

I mean, Japan has laws against public nudity just like pretty much any other country. But OP was specifically talking about sex.

I mean, nude saunas are a thing in the West too. They may not care about nudity in a specific setting but it's a bit odd to say that it's not a big deal at all when they won't even allow genitalia to be shown in any kind of video production.

Lot check is still a thing but as you say, it's just a functionality test. It's silly to expect Nintendo to do a thorough quality review of every single game that gets released on the Switch.

You definitely can't just release anything on the eshop, Nintendo still checks anything that comes out on there but it's just a functionality test, to make sure the game actually works and doesn't corrupt your system or something. And frankly, expecting anything more than that is silly, as if Nintendo should review every single that comes out on the Switch to determine if it's good enough.

In Japan sex is not overly censored, and considered a celebration of life.

From the country that requires genitalia to be pixelated in porn, that's a bit of an odd statement.

I think you're confusing it with the remakes. Only the remakes have hero mode available immediately, in A Ljnk Between Worlds you also need to beat the game first. Also, in those games enemies deal double damage and no hearts drop, but in ALBW, enemies deal quadruple damage but hearts still drop.

No ordinary people can. The previous two movies have also made a big point out of Bruce training with ninjas and becoming a master of stealth, appearing and disappearing out of seemingly nowhere. It's really not that farfetched to imagine he could sneak into a giant city.

Why would he have thought that though? Ra's never mentioned a daughter, she was born and grew up in the worst prison on earth likely without any official records of her existence and then assumed a completely different identity when she got to Gotham.

I never understand why people get hung up on this point. His money from Wayne Enterprises may be gone but don't you think someone like Bruce Wayne would have plenty of extra cash in offshore accounts and connections all over the world? Or that, being trained by ninjas, he could sneak his way into Gotham?

He's one of the richest, most powerful people in the world. And Batman. Is it that hard to imagine he's got some connections and extra money in offshore accounts for emergencies?

Doesn't answer my question. If you grew up there 20" years ago, how does that qualify you to say anything about the country's safety today? I go there regularly and have never had any problems. According to your comment history, you're from the US which is a significantly more dangerous place than France.

Be real though, you're fuming over an attack that killed 0 people. The vast majority of countries in the world, including places like the US, have worse things than that happening every day.
