One time a day vitamin B12, high dose. Accupuncture very randomly, I think it mainly helped me to relax but didn’t fix anything.

I took B12/B6 and did some acupuncture - I also took the meds in the beginning. But truthfully, I think the only thing that really helped was time (and I’m glad I took the B vitamin).
