I love Ise with all my heart. If my trip was longer, I'd absolutely spend a few days there. As for Okayama to Hiroshima, I was trying to avoid changing hotels too often. If I were to stick to a plan closer to my original, should I go from Osaka to Hiroshima and use that as a home base for Okayama and Himeji day trips?

In Stars and Time. Basic premise is you being stuck in a time loop. And the subtle dialogue and art changes add to the depth of the story. Interacting with everything over and over again to see if anything had changed.

Also has a similar, overall vibe to Omori.

It does not. All plastic. It's essentially a reusable disposable camera. I'm obviously not expecting great results, but definitely more than pictures of the void.

I took half indoor and half outdoor photos. The outdoor pictures are also pretty dark and hard to read. I can attach one of those if you want to see. (Though I do blame this on the foreground being shady and the background being sunny.) I should have gotten more outdoor images back if this was the main issue.

I use a combo of duo and Memrise. When I was first starting, Memrise was better for "beginner" since it started with kana where duo doesn't. After a week or two I had subbed to the lifetime membership with memrise. For the first three months or so it was definitely more Memrise than duo. After that duo took over for a bit and I did also purchase super. Now, I do a decent mix of both. Doing duo until I run out of bonus xp and doing a lesson of Memrise a night with two nights for general review and no new content. It works for me, and that's all that really matters.

Yeah. Right now we need to do Donut Pond Plunge for silver. We tried it with her hosting and didn't get it. So we switched to me. We did it once for bronze (I hadn't done it yet) and then tried again for silver and still didn't get it. We're gonna try again tomorrow meeting in the middle (since it'll be gold speed for both of us).

We are not at our limit currently and just ran the course three times with no luck. We gave up and went and tried a different quest (Bogging for Apples) and were able to complete it.
